At Homeloom India, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Note: There will be return fee of Rs. 200 applied on every order.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact.
Please Note:
- Returns are not accepted for customized products, clearance/sale items, or items marked “non-returnable.”
- Color variation due to screen display is not considered a defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@homeloomindia.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable) or guide you on how to return the product.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- In the case of COD orders, refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
- Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video or images as proof.
- We’ll offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund as applicable.
